Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, sales events, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75 USD within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately at support@dad-gang.com
  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Dad Gang is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier.
  2. Email us at support@dad-gang.com with your order number.

We will assist in filing a claim whenever possible.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • High-volume shipping periods

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds unless required by applicable law.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product.
  2. Contact support@dad-gang.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
